Lock open the Safety valves
  • Use the shift and dimple tool to actively shift the flow tube and locking tube, followed by dimpling it in place in a single run.

Expand Tubulars

Well suspension

Products

Electric Manipulation Tool (EMT)

Optimize your downhole operations with the Electric Manipulation Tool (EMT). Utilizing surface power through an electric conductor, the EMT applies rotational motion and torque for precise force transfer and axial movement. Real-time monitoring via two-way telemetry ensures improved efficiency and reduced risk, making decision-making seamless and operations repeatable.
TorcOpen

Maintain well control with our one-trip shift and dimple tool to lock open safety valves on the seabed in case of damaged hydraulic/actuator lines. This tool is especially designed to work with the high tolerances and forces involved, for successful execution the first time.

TorcPlug

The TorcPlug is a service packer that can be run on E Line. The world's first barrier qualified, multiple set and retrievable bridge plug run on wireline or electric coil tubing.

TorcDesperado

The TorcDesperado is a base platform converting the rotational force of the EMT into raw linear or axial force. This significantly enhances push and pull forces available in a Wireline system. The control and granularity of the exerted forces provided by the EMT and the TorcMethod increases your success rate, while bringing down both risk and turnover time. 
TorcPuller

The TorcPuller is activated by the E Plugs Electric Manipulation Tool (EMT) for the application of pulling crown plugs with forces higher than what the fishneck can handle.
TorcBreaker

The TorcBreaker is operated by the E Plugs Electric Manipulation Tool (EMT) for the application of removing stuck crown plugs by disassemblying them in-situ. Having the ability to anchor in the crown plug and bite into the top plate of the crown plug and rotate with high torque the TorcBreaker can unscrew the top section of the crown plug, thus removing the support of the segments that hold the crown plug in place.

TorcPuncher

Configured together with the TorcDesperado Linear Actuator and the Electric Manipulation Tool (EMT) the TorcPuncher is used to mechanically punch multiple holes in a tubular.

TorcExpander

Configured together with the TorcDesperado Linear Actuator and the Electric Manipulation Tool (EMT) the TorcExpander is used to mechanically deform a collapsed tubular by swaging it open.
TorcStraddle

Configured together with the TorcDesperado base platform for linear and axial actuation, the TorcStraddle system can deploy different size tubulars down-hole together with engineered sections that are expanded.

Dual Packer Straddle

The Dual Packer Straddle is a version of the TorcPlug that incorporates two separate sealing elements, and allows for a pressure relief system inbetween them if desirable.
TorcCollector

The TorcCollector is an intelligent fishing tool that can be controlled from surface and used to scoop up well bore debris when a conventional venturi or magnet will not work.
