Expandable high throughbore straddle solutions

Configured together with the TorcDesperado base platform for linear and axial actuation, the TorcStraddle system can deploy different size tubulars down-hole together with engineered sections that are expanded.  

The TorcStraddle allows for straddle and bypass of tubular sections that are damaged or perforated during production. It is offered in several configurations and diameters, covering a range of intervention needs.  

Utilizing the capability to create high force local expansions the inner tool string is used to locate and expand a series of seal/anchor sections along the tubular to permanently install this large bore straddle solution in the well.

The Expansion tool is engineered to conform to the straddle anchor sub profiles for the relevant straddle size.
The anchor subs are placed on the bottom and top of the straddle, and also available to be placed in the straddle to isolate more than one zone.
The straddle is completed with the tubing of choice and threaddded to fit the relevant amount of anchor subs.
