We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team at Eplug. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our company's success through innovative solutions and exceptional service.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead the development of new technologies in collaboration with the R&D Team
Design and create products to address customer needs
Drive testing, re-design and refinement of existing products
Maintain technical documentation and adhere quality and safety standards
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Experience and Qualifications
Higher degree in mechanical engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar engineering position
Proficiency in CAD software and advanced mathematics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with elastomers is an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Offshore experience or hands-on experience from the industry is an advantage
Must live in Norway or have a valid work permit for Norway
Ability to understand and comply with E Plug's QHSE policies and procedures
