Sales Manager - Europe & Africa

Summary
E Plug is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion across Europe and Africa. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to join a team driven by passion, innovation, collaboration, and grit.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Expand market presence and growth in the regions of responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region
- Lead preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, quotations and contract negotiations
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Act as a bridge between field operations, product development, and commercial
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in the oil & gas or energy with more than 10 years of sales and customer relations
- Higher degree in Business & Administration in an advantage
- Strong commercial and contract knowledge
- A relevant Engineering degree is an advantage
- Proficient verbal and written communication in English
- Leadership and management skills.
- Structured and able to maintain a high level of tidiness.
- Trustworthy and approachable.
- Flexible and able to operate to tight timelines.
- Ability to understand and comply with E Plug`s QHSE policies and procedures.
