E Plug is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial expansion across Europe and Africa. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to join a team driven by passion, innovation, collaboration, and grit.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Expand market presence and growth in the regions of responsibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region
  • Lead preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, quotations and contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates 
  • Act as a bridge between field operations, product development, and commercial

Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in the oil & gas or energy with more than 10 years of sales and customer relations
  • Higher degree in Business & Administration in an advantage
  • Strong commercial and contract knowledge
  • A relevant Engineering degree is an advantage
  • Proficient verbal and written communication in English
  • Leadership and management skills. 
  • Structured and able to maintain a high level of tidiness.
  • Trustworthy and approachable.
  • Flexible and able to operate to tight timelines.
  • Ability to understand and comply with E Plug`s QHSE policies and procedures.
